General Information:  Registration

The Butterfield Park District has an online registration system for activities, pool passes, rentals, camps, and aquatics. With online registration capabilities, thousands of participants will now be able to view, register and pay for Butterfield Park District's many activities, including new programs such as softball leagues, baseball, craft classes, trips, camps, aquatics, and tennis! This system gives you the ability to check availability of facilities. Participants can also go online and manage their aquatic passes and punch cards. You may register online at www.butterfi

Registration is also accepted via fax, mail or drop off . Phone registration is not accepted. A lock box is located just outside the front entrance for your convenience. Payments can be made in the form of check, credit card, or cash (exact amount is appreciated). Please note: checks are processed electronically and will appear on your statement as ActiveNet. There is a service fee for all returned checks. Online and faxed registrations are accepted with credit card only. Please register by the deadline date to ensure classes meet the minimum number of participants.

All classes canceled by the park district will result in a full refund. Cancellations by a participant must be done two business days in advance of the class start to qualify for a full refund. Pool Passes are non-refundable. All refunds granted after a program has begun, will be prorated based on the number of remaining session (exception: No refunds for BASP and Preschool). If a program involves the purchase of tickets, contracted services, or nonreturnable items, the cost of these will be deducted from the refund amount if the vacant spot cannot be fi lled by another participant. Refunds may be issued as a credit toward future programs, in the form of a check, or refunded through charge account credits (paid by credit card only).

Registration for all classes should be submitted no later than one week prior to the start of the program unless otherwise noted within the program description.

The Butterfield Park District provides some programs and services for its residents at lower rates than those charges to non-residents. Please check your tax bill to determine if you are within residency of the District. The first fee listed is the resident rate and the second fee listed is the non-resident fee.

All classes and trips meet at the Butterfield Park District Recreation & Aquatic Center unless otherwise noted within the program description.

The Park District goal is that each class will have enough participation to ensure the class will run. Signing up early as well as encouraging friends will help to ensure the program will run.
